What is the delivery time?
Orders to the USA are usually delivered within 10 working days of being placed. This means that you have received the shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.
Due to Covid-19, delays may occur depending on the current pandemic situation. Delays are not uncommon in states facing an increased number of Covid-19 cases. That's why our delivery times are a little longer than you're used to. However, we guarantee delivery or refund the order.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the relevant information. You can then track your order on this tracking page. It takes 1-2 working days for the tracking information to become available.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery charges vary according to the location to which you wish to be delivered and the contents of your order. Some sales operations offer you the possibility of free delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you need to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make cancellation. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it.

You have obtained a promotional code and it has not been applied? No problem, contact our technical support team who will apply your promotional code even after your order has been confirmed.
